The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end interior fit-out operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. This role requires leadership, vendor management, site supervision, planning, and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
? Plan, coordinate, and manage interior project operations and site execution
? Supervise project progress through regular site visits and team coordination
? Manage procurement, vendor onboarding, material sourcing, and inventory tracking
? Coordinate with designers, site supervisors, contractors, and suppliers
? Monitor project timelines, budgets, BOQs, and delivery schedules
? Ensure quality benchmarks, safety protocols, and compliance on sites
? Handle escalations and resolve on-site or operational challenges
? Implement SOPs and optimize internal workflow and execution processes
? Provide weekly project status and operational performance reports
? Maintain strong communication between clients and internal teams
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Project/Operations Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in interior fit-out or construction operations
Strong knowledge of interior materials, site execution, BOQs, and vendor networks
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
Strong negotiation and supplier coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, planning tools, and reporting
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
