Functional Responsibilities

Checking of Order Sheet for payments for international orders received through Marketplaces and through mails

Checking of mails from Clients (through CRM) and Market places for any specific instruction of the clients and coordination with Production team for execution

Well organised during coordination with the clients (for confirmation of order), warehouse and shortlisted shipping Carriers for all local Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, tracking deliveries and receipts in Order Sheet and raising invoices for the same

Coordination with local Market places (eg. Myntra/ Nykaa) for all pre-paid orders and ensuring products are picked up by Delivering agent against acknowledgement

Responsible and consistent in closing the manifest in the System for all completed deliveries

Planning and dispatching the store pieces as per the agreement with the corporate clients on consignment basis and maintaining records of dispatch, GST and eway bills.

Reliable and thorough in providing marketplaces with monthly sale invoice and track the payment status and update accounts team regarding the payment status for the same

Systematic in creation of Daily MIS of Sale and Return and share into the whatsapp group

Responsible for ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained on the Marketplaces website based on the sales expected

Meticulous in creation/ checking of Manifest required for deliveries such as creation of shipping labels, client invoice, returns/ exchanges, marketplace invoices, etc

Managerial Responsibilities

Implement policies and procedures consistent with those of the organisation

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with marketplaces and client

Coordinate team goals with overall goals of the organisation

Mentor the team, provide direction and manage timely performance

Identify training needs and develop training programs to improve skills of team

Plan and manage resources according to agreed budgets

Provide ongoing support to other departments of the organisation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
