will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day real estate project operations, coordinating between sales, site, and marketing teams, and implementing effective marketing strategies to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong coordination skills to ensure smooth functioning across all business verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Operations Management
Manage and monitor all project-related operational activities to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, CRM, accounts, site, etc.) for timely updates and deliverables.
Oversee documentation, agreements, allotment letters, and client communication for accuracy and compliance.
Track sales inventory, site progress, and maintain MIS reports for management review.
Ensure adherence to company policies, project timelines, and quality standards.
Support management in vendor coordination, cost tracking, and administrative requirements.
B. Marketing Management
Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns for lead generation.
Coordinate with advertising agencies, creative teams, and digital partners for ongoing campaigns.
Monitor marketing performance metrics (CPL, conversion rate, ROI) and prepare analytical reports.
Manage branding activities -- hoardings, brochures, events, social media, and PR initiatives.
Plan and supervise on-ground activities such as site events, channel partner meets, and project launches.
Maintain marketing budget allocation and ensure cost efficiency.
C. Sales Coordination & Support
Work closely with sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets.
Provide regular lead status reports, follow-up summaries, and performance dashboards.
Support channel partner network with marketing materials and communication.
Identify new opportunities for business growth and brand expansion.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in
real estate operations and/or marketing management.
Strong knowledge of real estate processes, lead management systems (CRM), and marketing tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
