The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, managing field teams, ensuring service quality, and aligning operations with strategic goals. This role is critical in ensuring that projects and services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations across all fire and safety service sites.
Ensure timely execution of maintenance, installation, and inspection services.
Manage resource planning, staff scheduling, and site workforce deployment.
Monitor and control operational budgets, cost-efficiency, and resource utilization.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Supervise field teams and support staff to ensure high performance and discipline.
Collaborate with procurement for timely availability of tools, materials, and equipment.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure consistent service delivery.
Track KPIs, analyze operational data, and present performance reports to senior management.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements for operational excellence.
Conduct training programs for field and support staff on safety procedures and operational standards.

In-depth knowledge of fire and safety services, systems, and compliance requirements.

Ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, and operational software (ERP, CRM, etc.).
Understanding of quality control and service delivery standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Fire and Safety, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in fire and safety or service-based industries.
Experience in handling field teams, site operations, and client coordination is essential.
Certification in fire safety or project management will be an added advantage.
