As the Operation Manager- Fork and Knife, you will be responsible for the business performance of the fine-dining restaurants and casual-dining restaurants as well as managing and handling the services, clients and all projects handled by the Fork and Knife Management.
Responsibilities
Manage and handling the new project and Clients.
Manage the all service under the Fork and Knife.
Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
Ensure compliance of brand standards
Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
Accountable for monthly stock takes
Ensure the operational inventory is always accounted for and in immaculate condition
Keep ahead of industry trends, create and implement new revolutionary standards
Create opportunities for upselling products
Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue
Comply with restaurant security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Ensure all restaurant property and facilities are maintained an in an optimal working order
Creates efficient rostering system
Master all POS systems
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Records and reports incidents with integrity and transparency
Maintains the HACCP standards
Manage and handling the new project and Clients.
Manage the all service under the Fork and Knife.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Proven records for effectively managing restaurant operations
Experienced in HACCP or FAS food standards and quality assurance implementation or related training preferred
Fine and Casual dining and upmarket restaurant experience
Experience in Menu Engineering & Design, Business Plan, Equipment Purchase & Handling, Raw material & Suppliers, Rebranding and Advertising Management, Training & Development Programs, Legal Services, Operational & Financial Analysis and Planning etc.
Proven track-records in hospitality industry
Computer knowledge in Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
Managerial skills
