Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage
day-to-day manufacturing operations
, including production, maintenance, quality, safety, and logistics.
Ensure achievement of
production targets

Drive
Lean Manufacturing

6 Sigma

TPM
, and other continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant efficiency and reduce costs.
Lead cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and streamline operational processes.
Monitor and control
budget

inventory
,
material flow
, and
resource allocation
to ensure cost-effective operations.
Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, QA, and R&D teams for smooth coordination and effective production planning.
Implement and ensure compliance with
health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE)

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and present operational reports to senior management.
Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning among team members.
Handle escalations, audits, and inspections effectively and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related). MBA/PGDM is a plus.
Minimum
16 years of experience
in
manufacturing operations
, with at least 10 years in a
leadership role
.
Strong preference for candidates with experience in
FMCG manufacturing
(e.g., food, beverages, personal care, household goods).
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, quality control systems, and industry regulations.
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP etc.) and operational reporting tools.
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
