Role Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day showroom operations, sales coordination, inventory, staff supervision, customer experience, and overall operational efficiency of the electric bike and electric car showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Showroom Operations
Manage daily operations of the EV showroom (E-Bike & E-Car)
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, service, and delivery teams
Maintain showroom standards, cleanliness, and display quality
Sales & Customer Experience
Support sales team in achieving monthly targets
Ensure excellent customer experience from walk-in to delivery
Handle customer escalations, feedback, and issue resolution
Oversee test drives, booking process, and vehicle delivery
Inventory & Logistics
Monitor vehicle stock, accessories, and spare parts
Coordinate with suppliers and OEMs for vehicle availability
Ensure proper documentation for sales, registration, and insurance
Team Management
Supervise sales executives, service staff, and support team
Assign duties, manage schedules, and track performance
Conduct daily briefings and weekly performance reviews
Train staff on EV products, policies, and customer handling
Finance & Reporting
Monitor daily sales reports, expenses, and operational costs
Coordinate with accounts team for invoicing and collections
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
Monitor safety standards for EV charging, test rides, and service areas
Ensure proper handling of batteries and electrical components
Process Improvement
Identify operational gaps and implement improvements
Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
Coordinate with management for business growth strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
