Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Miracle Hotel & Resorts, Kunnamangalam, Calicut
Duty Time: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (10 hours)
Salary: ₹18,000 - ?25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:



Handle front-office and administrative tasks efficiently. Maintain and organize resort records, files, and documentation. Coordinate communication between management, staff, and guests. Assist in HR-related tasks such as attendance, scheduling, and payroll coordination. Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment. Support the accounts department with basic bookkeeping or bill tracking when required. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
