Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline after-sales operations for our D2C brand. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing customer support, order fulfillment, returns, and CRM systems to ensure a seamless post-purchase customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1.? ?Manage end-to-end after-sales operations including order tracking, returns, refunds, replacements, and customer escalations.
2.? ?Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
3.? ?Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams to optimize operational efficiency.
4.? ?Use and manage CRM tools to track customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
5.? ?Analyze operational data and customer feedback to identify gaps and implement process improvements.
6.? ?Develop and maintain SOPs for after-sales and operational processes.
7.? ?Monitor KPIs related to customer experience, turnaround time, and operational performance.
8.? ?Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1.? ?3-4 years of experience in D2C brand operations, specifically in after-sales handling.
2.? ?Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
3.? ?Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
4.? ?Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5.? ?Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
6.? ?Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. ?Experience in a consumer brands.
8. ?Familiarity with logistics and supply chain coordination.
9. ?Data-driven mindset with basic reporting and analysis skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
