We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our website developmentprojects and client accounts. This role requires a professional who can manage cross-functional teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure seamless project delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing digital or web development operations, with a focus on process efficiency, client satisfaction, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

:Operational Management

Oversee daily operations across multiple website development projects to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Streamline workflows between design, development, QA, and client service teams. Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and best practices. Track project performance metrics (timelines, costs, quality) and initiate corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with company standards, data security policies, and quality guidelines.

Client Relationship Management



Serve as the primary operational point of contact for key clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout project lifecycles. Translate client requirements into actionable tasks and timelines for internal teams. Conduct regular status calls, project reviews, and client feedback sessions. Proactively manage client expectations and resolve issues or escalations efficiently.

Team Leadership & Development



Lead, mentor, and motivate teams including project managers, developers, designers, and QA specialists. Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for upskilling or process improvement. Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture focused on quality and innovation. Manage workload allocation to ensure resource optimization and timely project delivery.

Strategic & Financial Responsibilities



Collaborate with leadership to plan resource needs and project budgets. Monitor project profitability and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Provide data-driven insights and operational reports to support strategic decision-making. Contribute to scaling the business by improving delivery efficiency and client retention.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills. Excellent communication and client management abilities. Experience in managing website development or digital projects. Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, CMS, SEO, etc.) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Slack, ClickUp). Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, IT, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or project management within a website development, IT services, or digital agency. Proven track record of managing clients, teams, and multiple projects successfully. Certification in PMP, Agile, or Scrum (preferred but not mandatory).
