About the Role:

Mazus Hotels and Resorts is looking for a

dynamic and confident female Operations Manager

to join our team at

Mazus Urban Express, Mysore

. We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.

Preferred Qualification & Experience:

Female candidates only Minimum 2-5 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field Experience in

Travel and Tourism

industry will be considered a strong advantage Proficiency in communication, staff coordination, and guest handling

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the property and front office Ensure exceptional guest experience and service quality Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow Handle staff supervision and training Monitor housekeeping, guest feedback, and operational standards
