Hybrid Working We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We\'re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date. Introduction: The purpose of the role is run and support operational aspect of the Client Insightsfrom controls, client onboarding, Invoicing and reporting. It will involve working with the product managers and sales team to understand, operate and improve all operations aspect of the of the platform What will you be doing - Primary responsibility to run and maintain the client billing, working with Financial Control and Finance team in reconciliation, reporting and escalating for payment where needed. - Support on the end to end operational model for the Insights Platform, including areas such as: Pricing, Due Diligence, Delivery, Controls, and Reporting. - Actively suggest areas for improvement with the operational aspects of the products in the Client Insightsand help to drive innovative solutions to create efficiencies with the processes where possible. Pricing . Manage & Keep track of all pricing decisions and work with the Business Development team to ensure pricing decisions are consistent and recorded by using the information gathered from previous decisions, overall business requirements and market data on comparable products. Controls . Support with the due diligence of onboarding clients the Client Insights products. . Ensure the Sales team have completed all required due diligence prior to seeking approval from control forums. . Support with governance on products e.g. NAPA, Product reviews etc. . Review and build any new control required from a sales and operational perspective required. . Build a strong relationship with key partners (primarily Finance) to ensure any operational changes can be signed off with ease and the business is running in a compliant way Delivery . Work with the project manager to try and ensure that all client deliveries happen without any delay . Where possible, use the information gathered from the end to end view of the Platform to help with deliveries, solving any problems when they arise including prioritisation. Reporting . Create key monthly reporting pack on key KPIs on performance and pipeline. . Lead on the tracking of information relating to the products including the health of the products and the platform as a whole. This include pulling multiple sources of information both internal and external to provide a holistic view. . Create insights from the MI and try to flag issues with the Platform before they increase in severity. . Report all relevant information to senior stakeholders at set forums. Able to structure data to find the optimum answers to a wide range of commercial problems.
