Job Description

As an Operations Manager Intern, you will assist the operations team in coordinating processes, improving efficiency, managing resources, and supporting cross-functional departments. This internship provides practical exposure to business operations and leadership skills necessary to excel in operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing operational strategies. Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments. Analyze and prepare reports on operational performance and suggest improvements. Coordinate with various teams to manage logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation. Assist in drafting and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Help monitor budgets, track expenses, and optimize operational costs. Participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain operational records. Work closely with the Operations Manager to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
