Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day functioning of Sales, Marketing, Territory Sales, HR, and Finance
departments.
Ensure timely execution of department deliverables and work schedules.
Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office functioning.
2. Analytics & Performance Evaluation
Analyze individual employee performance, identify performance gaps, and recommend
improvement plans.
Prepare Weekly/Monthly performance evaluation reports for Management Review.
Track and ensure employees meet their KPIs and defined objectives.
3. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Territory Sales Incharge (TSI), HR, and Finance
for timely completion of departmental tasks.
Schedule and organize daily team meetings, reviews, and follow-ups on pending
matters.
Prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings, circulate to stakeholders, and monitor task
closure via Tasko Pad or relevant tools.
4. Team Management & Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Maintenance, Admin).
Mentor, guide, and coach team members to resolve issues and meet performance
expectations.
Provide direction on special projects and strategic initiatives.
5. Strategic Operations & Compliance
Develop, implement, and periodically review operational policies and procedures.
Assist with budgeting, reporting, planning, and internal auditing activities.
Drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Objectives & KPIs:
Define clear, measurable goals for each employee based on role and department.
Monitor key deliverables and ensure timely reporting to management.
Ensure operational alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
8+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on cross-functional
team leadership and performance evaluation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with task management
tools (e.g., Tasko Pad, Trello, Asana).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales operations and administrative procedures.
