Oversee daily operations across all Athenian salons, academies, and corporate offices
Act as the
single point of coordination
between Head Office and Branch Managers
Ensure strict adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists
Track branch-wise task completion and SOP compliance
2. Operational Excellence & Brand Standards
Ensure grooming standards, hygiene, housekeeping, and facility presentation across branches
Monitor daily operational reports including:
Sales & expense snapshots
Stock & inventory updates
Equipment & maintenance status
Customer feedback & reviews
Grooming & hygiene photographs
Ensure timely execution of:
Google Business updates
Social media stories & offers
Deep cleaning schedules
Linen & towel management
3. Staff & Branch Coordination
Conduct
weekly review calls
with branch managers
Follow up on pending operational tasks and corrective actions
Escalate repeated non-compliance to senior management
Support branch managers in resolving operational challenges
4. Vendor & Facility Management
Manage and evaluate vendors for:
Housekeeping & security
Signage & branding
Diffuser & fragrance systems
Maintenance & repairs
Ensure timely AMC, repairs, and upkeep of:
ACs, lighting, furniture, equipment
Coordinate procurement of consumables and operational supplies
Negotiate vendor pricing and monitor service quality
5. SOP, Compliance & Asset Control
Develop, update, and enforce operational SOPs across all locations
Ensure safety, hygiene, and security compliance
Maintain records of assets, rent agreements, insurance, and utilities
Support audits and internal compliance checks
6. Reporting & Management Review
Verify daily reports received via WhatsApp, Google Drive, or ERP
Send reminders and follow-ups for pending tasks
Prepare
weekly and monthly operational summaries
for leadership
Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and consistency
Key Requirements
Graduate in Administration / Management or related field
8-10+ years
experience in multi-location operations
(Beauty, Retail, Hospitality, QSR, or Service Industry preferred)
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Expertise in facility, vendor, and compliance management
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and ERP systems
Willingness to travel pan-India for branch audits and reviews
High discipline, follow-up mindset, and problem-solving ability
