Job responsibilities:-

Coordination with Operation Department: Coordination with operation department for
Operation efficiency to Oversee smooth processing of returns, rentals, and vehicle movement. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, legal requirements, and company policies.

Vehicle Availability and Fleet Management: Ensure vehicles are available on time with drivers. Ensure vehicles are returned, inspected, cleaned, and ready for the next order.
Customer Service: Handle late-night reservations, customer inquiries, and any service issues to maintain satisfaction. Coordination: Coordination with internal team and Oversee financial transactions, ensure accuracy in rental agreements, and report on revenue. Problem Resolution: Address emergencies or customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
