We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Manager
to oversee daily business operations, improve processes, manage teams, and ensure smooth execution of company objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operational efficiency, cost control, team coordination, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities
Ensure smooth coordination between departments and teams
Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and SOPs
Manage staff scheduling, performance, and productivity
Monitor operational costs and identify efficiency improvements
Handle vendor coordination and procurement where required
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and regulations
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
Support management in strategic planning and execution
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (preferred)
3-7 years of experience
in operations or management roles
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and reporting tools
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
