Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end

daily operations management

for D2C e-commerce business Manage

order processing, fulfillment, dispatch & reverse logistics (RTO/Returns)

Coordinate with

warehouse, logistics partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom, etc.)

Ensure

TAT, SLA & delivery performance

as per brand standards Oversee

inventory planning, stock reconciliation & demand forecasting

Work closely with

marketing, customer support & finance teams

Optimize

costs (shipping, packaging, manpower)

and improve margins Handle

vendor & supplier management

(packaging, raw material, 3PL) Implement and improve

SOPs, process automation & system workflows

Monitor

operations KPIs

- Order accuracy, RTO %, Returns %, Fulfillment rate Manage

operations team hiring, training & performance

Ensure compliance with

quality, timelines & customer experience standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
