Operational Leadership:

u Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, overseeing day-to-day manufacturing activities to meet production targets and quality standards.

u Implement best practices in manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to safety regulations.

u Lead initiatives to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.

Production Planning and Control:

u Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and inventory management.

u Monitor production schedules and capacity planning, ensuring on-time delivery of products and efficient use of production assets.

u Implement robust quality control measures to maintain high product standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

3.

Team Management and Development:

u Manage and mentor a team of supervisors, engineers, and operational staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

u Provide guidance and support to resolve operational issues, escalate challenges as needed, and develop skills within the team to drive operational excellence.

4.

Supply Chain and Logistics Management:

u Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize material flow, procurement strategies, and distribution processes.

u Develop relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components, maintaining cost-effective supply chain operations.

5.

Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing:

u Champion lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce lead times, and minimize production costs.

u Implement performance metrics and KPIs to track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive sustainable operational excellence.

Skill set / Competencies

:

u Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive change.

u Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, quality standards (such as ISO/TS 16949), and regulatory requirements.

u Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and driving operational efficiency improvements.

u Proficiency in ERP systems, manufacturing software, and MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?2,300,000.00 per year
