As the Senior Operations Manager for a leading facility management company, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across multiple client sites, ensuring service quality, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role demands exceptional leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of housekeeping services.

Key Responsibilities:-



1. Supervisory Oversight

Ensure all site supervisors are present and performing their duties. Conduct regular follow-ups and manage daily attendance.
2. Attendance Management

Track and maintain accurate attendance records for all housekeeping staff. Ensure timely reporting of attendance across sites.
3. Manpower Coordination

Collaborate with the HR department to resolve manpower shortages. Ensure every site is adequately staffed.
4. New Project Coordination

Work with the Sales Manager for smooth onboarding of new clients and projects. Ensure seamless initiation of services.
5. Coordination with Directors

Conduct weekly meetings with Directors. Share updates on operations, client feedback, and urgent issues.
6. Client Relationship Management

Handle client requirements, inquiries, and concerns. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
7. Complaint Resolution

Address and resolve client complaints or operational issues within 48 hours.
8. MIS Reporting

Prepare and submit MIS reports for all sites. Track performance, productivity, and service quality.
9. System & Process Improvement

Implement new processes to enhance operational efficiency and service standards.
10. Site Inspections

Conduct periodic and surprise site visits. Monitor housekeeping quality and adherence to standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:-



Experience: 5-7 years in operations management (preferably housekeeping/facility management) Leadership: Strong ability to manage and motivate teams across multiple locations Client Management: Proven experience in handling clients and resolving complaints Problem-Solving: Ability to take quick decisions under pressure Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills Technology: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MIS reporting Flexibility: Willingness to travel across sites for inspections and meetings
