Operation Manager (Ex-Defence Experience)

The Security Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising complete security operations across company offices, plants, and assets. The role requires an Ex-Defence professional with strong leadership, discipline, and risk-management experience.

Your Responsibilities

Implement security policies

Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans Oversee security of company premises, plants, inventory, vehicles, and assets Manage deployment, training, and discipline of security personnel and agencies Ensure access control, visitor management, and perimeter security Conduct regular security audits, drills, and risk assessments Coordinate with local police, fire, and emergency authorities Handle incident reporting, investigations, and preventive measures Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory security requirements Support management during inspections, audits, and emergency situations

Experience:

Ex-Defence / Paramilitary background mandatory (Army / Navy / Air Force / CAPF) Minimum 10-20 years of service experience, preferably in security operations Experience in industrial / plant / infrastructure security preferred Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency handling, and manpower control

Competencies

Strong leadership, discipline, and decision-making abilities Excellent coordination and crisis-management skills Good communication and reporting skills Physically fit and capable of handling emergencies
