Strong understanding of logistics operations (FTL/LTL, last-mile, line-haul, multimodal)
Excellent communication and vendor management skills
Hands-on experience with marketplace platforms, TMS, ERP, or digital logistics systems
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and BI dashboards
Ability to handle pressure, escalations, and multi-stakeholder coordination
Logistics experience with IT backgrounds
