Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchant clients.
Facilitate collection and verification of KYC documents from clients (identity proof, business proof, address, etc.).
Maintain KYC records, follow up on missing or invalid documentation, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Order & Booking Management
Create courier bookings on behalf of clients via our aggregator platform.
Coordinate with courier partners to dispatch orders from merchant orders.
Monitor order flow, ensure smooth pickup, and handle any partner-level escalations.
COD (Cash-on-Delivery) Operations
Maintain COD-related data: expected COD amounts, collections, reconciliations.
Coordinate with courier partners, clients, and finance team to reconcile COD payments.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in COD reports; propose process improvements to reduce reconciliation issues.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare regular (daily/weekly/monthly) operations reports: order volume, courier partner performance, COD collection, KYC status, etc.
Analyze data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the aggregator flow (e.g., frequent courier failures, high COD mismatches).
Work on dashboards / metrics to measure health of aggregator operations.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the operations partner for merchant clients: their point of contact for all operations-related matters.
Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to understand their shipping challenges and suggest optimizations.
Gather and act on feedback to improve platform usability and operations efficiency.
Process Optimization & Automation
Review and refine internal SOPs for onboarding, bookings, COD reconciliation, and courier partner management.
Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks (e.g., KYC verification, report generation) using technology / system enhancements.
Collaborate with the product / tech team to suggest and implement new features on the aggregator platform.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead a small operations team (onboarding, reconciliation, client support) to execute above tasks.
Coordinate cross-functionally with finance, sales, customer success, and partner management teams.
Train and mentor team members on best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience
, specifically in
operations / aggregator / logistics / courier
industries.
Prior experience with
courier aggregator platforms, e-commerce logistics, or multi-courier management
is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in creating and reviewing operational reports.
Excellent communication and client-management skills.
Good Excel skills (or other data tools) for data tracking and analysis.
Understanding of COD reconciliation processes.
Experience with KYC processes / compliance will be a plus.
