1. Educational Qualifications

Essential

: Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration

Preferred

: Master's degree (MHA/MBA in Healthcare Management) Certifications in healthcare quality (e.g., NABH, JCI, Lean Six Sigma)

2. Work Experience

Minimum

: 5+ years in hospital or healthcare operations

Preferred

: Experience in managing multi-specialty hospital operations Experience with healthcare accreditations (NABH, JCI) Previous supervisory or managerial role in a hospital setup

3. Core Skills

Strong leadership and team management Excellent verbal and written communication Operational planning and process improvement Resource and budget management Knowledge of hospital laws, policies, and healthcare regulations Emergency handling and risk management Familiarity with HIS (Hospital Information Systems) and EMR software

4. Behavioural Competencies

High integrity and ethical behaviour Problem-solving attitude Ability to work under pressure and multitask Conflict resolution and negotiation skills Patient-centric and service-driven mindset

5. Technical Knowledge

Understanding of hospital billing, HR policies, and inventory systems Basic knowledge of clinical workflows Knowledge of infection control practices Familiarity with NABH/JCI documentation Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

6. Other Requirements

Flexibility to work on weekends or in shifts when required Willingness to travel for audits or branch support (if applicable) Good command of English and local language

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
