Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
Coordinate internal teams (design, content, social media, etc.) to deliver the work.
Prepare and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
Coordinate with department for approvals & smooth operational work.
Maintain detailed documentation of client briefs, project scopes, and feedback.
Operations Management
Develop and streamline internal processes to improve efficiency
Track team productivity, resource allocation, and project profitability
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on project status, KPIs, and operational performance
Conduct internal reviews and feedback sessions to ensure quality control
Team Coordination
Assign tasks and monitor workloads across all projects
Support hiring efforts, onboarding, and training of team members
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
4+ years in project management or operations within a digital marketing/advertising agency
Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, content, etc.)
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure
