Position Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the firm, coordinate across leasing, investment, franchise, project sales, CRM & MIS, and ensure business goals are met. He/She will work closely with the MD to implement strategy, streamline processes, and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate the MD's vision into structured daily operations.

- Supervise vertical managers/executives (Leasing, Investment, Franchise, Sales, CRM & MIS).

- Set targets for each vertical and monitor performance.

- Ensure CRM data is updated and MIS reports are accurate.

- Maintain coordination between clients, landlords, brands, and investors.

- Oversee team performance, site visits, proposals, negotiations.

- Monitor revenue, collections, and client satisfaction.

- Conduct weekly review meetings and prepare reports for MD.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
