Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute
BTL campaigns
such as in-store promotions, sampling, roadshows, kiosks, and mall activations
Manage
end-to-end operations
: manpower, logistics, permissions, and timelines
Recruit, train, deploy, and supervise
promoters, supervisors, and field teams
Manage
vendor sourcing
, fabrication, branding materials, and logistics
Ensure
brand guideline compliance
at all activation points
Monitor
daily activity reports
, sales conversions, sampling data, and promoter attendance
Handle
budget control
, expense tracking, and cost optimization
Resolve
on-ground issues
in real time and ensure smooth execution
Coordinate with
accounts team
for invoicing, PO closure, and payments
Prepare
post-campaign reports
, photo documentation, and performance analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Strong experience in
BTL, retail marketing, or activation agencies
Excellent
vendor and manpower management
skills
Strong command over
Excel, PPT reporting formats, and MIS
Willingness to
travel extensively
and manage multiple cities
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Good communication in
English + regional language
