EDUCATION

:

BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Mandatory

EXPERIENCE :

4-8 years of experience in operations, maintenance, or site management Prior exposure to government or semi-government projects preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, blowers, valves, and pipelines. Monitor daily plant performance and report abnormalities. Support preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical systems. Ensure proper functioning of water treatment and wastewater treatment equipment. Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and reports. Coordinate with electrical and process teams for smooth plant operations. Follow safety standards and site operating procedures. Assist in spare parts management and inventory tracking.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and rotating equipment. Understanding of pumps, motors, gearboxes, and valves. Willingness to work in field/site environment. Basic knowledge of water treatment processes (preferred). Good problem-solving and teamwork skills. MS Office and basic reporting knowledge.
