Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operational processes, coordination, and organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn about business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning. Support data entry, documentation, and reporting activities. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve issues. Monitor and track operational performance metrics. Help in preparing presentations, reports, and process documentation. Conduct research and provide insights for improving operational efficiency. Perform other tasks as assigned by the operations team.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
