We're hiring an organized, data-driven Operations Intern to join our operations team in a hybrid capacity. You'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support process execution and continuous improvement, and act as a link between on-site teams, remote staff, and other departments. Ideal for someone who's hands-on, comfortable with metrics, and experienced with basic operations tools (Excel/Google Sheets, CRM/ERP).
Key responsibilities
Execute daily operational tasks: order processing, data entry, reconciliation, documentation and record-keeping.
Monitor and meet SLAs and KPIs (TAT, accuracy, ticket resolution).
Coordinate between teams (sales, customer support, finance, logistics) to resolve escalations and remove blockers.
Maintain and update operational dashboards and regular reports for stakeholders.
Identify process gaps and propose improvements; support implementation of process changes.
Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Support onboarding and training for new operational staff.
Assist in inventory/asset tracking, vendor coordination, and basic procurement tasks (if applicable).
Handle ad-hoc projects and cross-functional requests as assigned by the manager.
Required qualifications & experience
Bachelor's degree (BBA, Commerce, or related field preferred) or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of operations / back-office / customer operations experience (or 2-5 years for a mid-level profile).
Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables) and basic data analysis.
Comfortable using CRMs/ERPs, ticketing systems, or MIS tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (as applicable).

Basic understanding of SOPs, process documentation, and quality audits.
