Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management Account opening process of Individual, Joint and NRI Clients. (Online and Offline). Collecting documents from client and create inward entry in NXT platform. Processing of Profile Modifications, code reactivation, segment activation, transmission and Closure of clients and Sub-Brokers. Pay-in and pay-out of Funds.

Depository Operations

Dematerialization of Shares. Processing Delivery instruction Slips(DIS). Off-Market stock transfer from one DP to another DP. Pledge/ unpledge of shares Processing PRF.

Client Servicing & Communication

Handling day to day queries of Sub-brokers. Assisting clients for App related queries. IEPF (Investor Education Protection Fund) related matters. Drafting and sending emails. Process corporate action (IPO, bonus, right issues and splits) Process Mutual fund SIP/Lumpsum and redemptions. Mandate creation (Online & Offline). Analyzing Mutual funds and assisting in basic financial planning. Liaising with Registrar and transfer Agents for Issuing share certificates, recover bonus shares, unclaimed dividend, and IEPF related queries. Addressing NRI desk for Enet mapping. Prepare reports and other documentation as needed.

Support Functions

Assisting Sub-brokers to managing and updating social media profiles.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
