Job and Responsibilities :
1. Manages user experience and queries
2. Realtime user query resolution within defined TAT

Candidates should have:
1. Good analytical skills to understand the Govt exams and users
2. Command on MS Excel/Google Sheets/CRM
3. Responsible attitude and keenness towards the Operations role
