The Operation Host is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves welcoming guests, handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining service standards to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
Manage customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints effectively
Ensure smooth operational flow during daily activities
Coordinate with team members to deliver high-quality service
Monitor customer experience and take proactive steps to improve satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards as per company guidelines
Assist in crowd management and customer flow, if required
Handle basic reporting and documentation related to operations
Follow company policies, SOPs, and service protocols at all times
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate from a recognized university
Minimum
2 years of experience
in Hospitality / Cinema / Retail / Hotel Industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Team player with a proactive and positive approach
Preferred Attributes
Experience in front-facing customer service roles
Ability to handle high footfall and fast-paced environments
Good observational and coordination skills
