Required Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in

Textile Technology, Garment Manufacturing, Operations Management

, or related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 5-8 years of experience

in operations or production management within a

uniform manufacturing or apparel production company

. Strong knowledge of

fabric types, cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control processes

. Proven experience in

managing large-scale manufacturing operations

and handling multiple product lines. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong coordination abilities between production, design, and marketing teams. Proficiency in

MS Office, ERP systems, and production management software

.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the

entire operations cycle

including production, procurement, planning, logistics, and dispatch. Ensure

timely and quality delivery

of school, corporate, and industrial uniforms as per client requirements. Develop and implement

production plans

in coordination with merchandising, design, and sales teams. Monitor and manage

production efficiency, fabric utilization, and cost control

across units. Supervise factory operations and ensure compliance with

company standards, health & safety norms

quality parameters

. Manage vendor relationships for raw material sourcing, tailoring units, and packaging partners. Work closely with the

merchandising and sales departments

to align production schedules with customer orders and seasonal demand. Oversee the

warehouse and inventory management system

to ensure smooth material flow. Implement

process improvement initiatives

to increase productivity and reduce operational costs. Analyze performance data, prepare operational reports, and present findings to senior management. Lead, motivate, and mentor production and operations staff to achieve company goals.
