We are a fast-growing

Advertising & Digital Marketing Agency

seeking a highly experienced Head of Domestic Operations to lead and scale our India operations. This leadership role will oversee campaign delivery, client servicing, team management, and operational excellence, while working closely with the Founder/CEO on strategy, profitability, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end domestic advertising operations, including campaign execution, media planning, client servicing, and creative delivery.

Partner closely with the CEO/Founder on operational strategy, revenue optimization, scalability, and growth planning.

Oversee day-to-day floor operations, ensuring campaign quality, timelines, performance KPIs, and SLA adherence.

Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (Account Managers, Media Buyers, Creative, Content, Performance Marketing).

Build scalable processes, SOPs, and workflows to improve efficiency, turnaround time, and output quality.

Optimize resource allocation, workload distribution, and team productivity across multiple client accounts.

Ensure seamless coordination between client servicing, creative, performance marketing, HR, and finance teams.

Track and analyze operational KPIs, campaign metrics, ROI, and delivery performance.

Maintain compliance, reporting standards, and support long-term organizational planning and expansion.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

3-5 years of experience in Advertising Operations, Digital Marketing Operations, Agency Leadership, or Marketing Delivery Management.

Proven experience managing large teams, agency floor operations, and multiple client portfolios.

Strong understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, branding campaigns, and media operations.

Excellent process management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on leader with high ownership, accountability, and decision-making ability.

Experience working with growth-driven agencies, startups, or scaling businesses is a strong plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
