Exp - 7 Years to 15 Yrs.(In Panel Manufacturing Industry)

Industry: Electrical Control & Automation

Location -Khed Shivapur, Pune

Qualification: B.E. Electrical

Responsibility:

Manage production, planning, and execution of electrical control panel projects.

Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and compliance with safety standards.

Coordinate effectively with design, procurement, and project execution teams.

Drive operational efficiency, resource optimization, and process improvements.

Lead, train, and monitor performance of production and support teams.

Ensure adherence to industry regulations and quality systems.

Required Skills:

In-depth knowledge of HT/LT Panel manufacturing.

Experience in automation and control systems.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Familiarity with ISO/quality processes and documentation.
