We are looking for an experienced

Operations Head

to oversee and streamline our software development operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge across multiple development domains, excellent people-management skills, and the ability to align technical execution with business goals. This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Delivery Management

Oversee end-to-end software development operations across projects Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and optimal resource utilization Define and improve operational workflows, SOPs, and best practices Monitor project KPIs, delivery timelines, and performance metrics
Technical & Development Oversight

Possess strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) Guide teams across technologies such as Web, Mobile, Backend, Cloud, and QA Review project architecture, development approaches, and technical feasibility Work closely with Tech Leads, Project Managers, and QA teams
Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams (Developers, Testers, Designers, PMs) Build high-performing teams and promote accountability and collaboration Conduct performance reviews and support skill development initiatives Resolve team challenges and ensure a positive work culture
Business & Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a bridge between management, clients, and technical teams Support pre-sales, effort estimation, and project planning Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery Align operational execution with company growth objectives
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of software development technologies and frameworks Proven experience in managing multiple development teams Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Strong problem-solving and process-optimization mindset Experience with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies Familiarity with CRM, project management tools, and reporting systems
