Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's long-term business goals.
Partner with senior leadership to define and achieve strategic priorities and measurable KPI outcomes.
Lead the operations team to ensure daily activities are executed effectively and efficiently.
Operational Excellence
Oversee end-to-end operational processes across departments--production, supply chain, logistics, customer service, and quality control.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics; identify opportunities for improvement and corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and operational cost optimization.
Budget & Resource Management
Prepare and manage operational budgets, allocate resources judiciously, and forecast future needs.
Control costs while maintaining quality and performance standards.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, industry standards, and internal policies.
Identify risks in operational processes and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to build high performance and capability for future growth.
Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and Marketing to ensure integrated operational functions.
Support coordination among internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
Reporting & Communication
Prepare operational reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Communicate operational goals, progress, challenges, and initiatives across teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5
+ years
of experience in operations management, with at least 4
years in a leadership or senior role
.
Preferred
Master's degree (MBA or equivalent).
Experience in industry-specific operations (e.g., Healthcare).
