Operations Head

Automotive Components Manufacturing Company

Dabaspet, near Bangalore

. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the automotive manufacturing industry and the ability to manage end-to-end plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety compliance Manage manpower, processes, and operational efficiency Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

BE / Diploma (Engineering preferred)

Experience:

Mandatory experience in the

Automotive Manufacturing Industry

Compensation:

CTC: Up to ?25 Lakhs per annum
