Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and control overall operational activities of the organization Ensure smooth production operations with optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and take corrective actions Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements Coordinate with departments such as Production, Quality, Maintenance Control operational costs and improve productivity and efficiency Handle customer requirements, delivery schedules, and escalation issues Lead, motivate, and evaluate departmental heads and operational staff Review performance reports and present MIS to top management Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, etc.) Manage audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive actions

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Operations / Management (MBA preferred) 15-20 years of experience in operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role Experience in manufacturing / engineering / industrial setup preferred

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
