Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Operations Management



Oversee daily travel operations to ensure timely execution and service delivery Maintain operational efficiency and address any process gaps Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to SOPs Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company standards and client requirements

2. Tour Package Planning



Design, customize, and price domestic and international tour packages Work with internal teams and destination experts to create competitive itineraries Stay updated with travel trends, seasonal destinations, and customer preferences

3. Customer Query Handling



Act as a point of contact for customer queries and grievances Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to ensure high customer satisfaction Assist in resolving complaints and following up on service recovery cases

4. Vendor Coordination



Liaise with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other service vendors Negotiate rates and manage contracts to ensure profitability and service quality Maintain strong relationships with key vendors for smooth operational flow

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field 2-6 years of experience in travel operations, preferably in a tour management company Strong knowledge of travel destinations, products, and operations Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Proficiency in travel software and MS Office tools
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
