We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and loyal individual to join us in building a logistics and commerce company from the ground up in Itanagar.
As the Founder's Assistant/Operation & Growth Executive, you will work directly with the founder and be actively involved in every aspect of the business -- from operations, delivery, administration, marketing, to customer service. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to grow with a company that is aiming high.
We don't expect years of experience. What we value more is your willingness to learn, take responsibility, and build something meaningful with us. This role requires a hands-on, all-rounder approach and a mindset that doesn't clock in or out based on a 9-5 routine.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist in daily operations and logistics activities
Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and customer communications
Support in administration and basic financial tasks
Help with local marketing, social media, and promotions
Be the eyes and ears on the ground, solving problems with initiative
Handle errands and tasks related to running a new office and service
What We're Looking For:
Fresh graduate (any stream) with good common sense and communication
Eager to learn and take ownership of tasks
Someone who is humble, loyal, and willing to grow with us
Based in or willing to relocate to Itanagar
Comfortable with a startup work environment (no fixed job boundaries)
Compensation:
This is a ground-level opportunity. We are bootstrapping in the early stage and cannot offer a competitive salary immediately. However, the right person will grow with the company, take on leadership roles, and benefit directly from our success.
