Job Title: Trainee Operator (North Europe Team)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift Timings:

Morning: 06:30 AM to 02:30 PM

Evening: 02:30 PM to 10:30 PM

General: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Fresher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Operator to join our North Europe Team. The role involves supporting key processing activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth coordination across regional hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage North Europe processing activities within S5 guidelines.

Provide hands-on leadership and support to the processing team.

Validate and perform quality checks on processed DA of charterer agent calls.

Monitor and resolve rejections, disputes, and client escalations.

Track and analyze client-specific KPIs in coordination with the Team Leader.

Generate and analyze operational accounting and finance reports.

Conduct testing and provide feedback for system enhancements (AN/AW system).

Communicate effectively with regional hubs and other stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to S5 quality management and HSSE systems.

Train and support staff across other finance hubs remotely.

Conduct client training sessions both in-person and virtually.
