Hiring for Service Industry

Working days : Monday to Saturday

Working Time : 10.30 am to 7.30 pm to 10am to 7PM

Office Location-Goregaon East

1.Learn about the entire Business flow of the client.

2.Understand the Growth goals of a Business Owner.

3.Brain storm in plan of action to achieve the same.

4.Finalise a perfect growth strategy , implementation plan and roadmap to achieve the same

5.Handhond the client in all his ups and downs of every day challenges.

6.Give moral support when the client is feeling very low and be a strong sounding board.

7.Push , motivate and make him powerful to achieve his dreams

8. Analysis of the tools filled by the client and creating an action plan to make sure that participants hit their targets (training will be provided)

9. Follow up with participants on a daily basis to ensure that they hit their results defined in their calendars

10. Empower & motivate participants to come into action mode and give up procrastination (training will be provided)

11. Maintaining Operations MIS

12. Sending daily activity reports to management
