About



The Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) (LMPC) certificate is required for manufacturers, importers, and packers of pre-packaged goods in India. It comes with certain responsibilities, including making specific declarations on the product packaging.

Responsibilities

Displaying the name and address of the manufacturer or importer

Displaying the general name of the product

Displaying the country of origin for imported goods

Displaying the total quantity in standard units of measurement or weight

Displaying the date of manufacture or import

(EPR) professionals involves ensuring that products are designed, manufactured, and disposed of in a sustainable manner. EPR professionals may also be responsible for reporting on their progress to regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities:-



Product stewardship

: Take responsibility for a product from design to disposal

Waste management

: Ensure that products are recycled and disposed of properly

Reporting

: Provide detailed accounts of waste collection and recycling processes to pollution control boards

Compliance

: Ensure that companies meet recycling and disposal targets to avoid penalties

Technical support

: Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff

Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) includes activities related to standardization, quality certification, and marking of goods. BIS also works to empower consumers and represents India in ISO and IEC.

Responsibilities:-



Management accounting

: Prepare period end journals, maintain financial records, and generate reports on financial activities

Financial accounting and reporting

: Prepare reconciliation statements and assist in financial records

Administrative support

: Generate fee invoices and send them to members

Personal assistant

: Provide administrative and clerical support to officials

Assistant Section Officer

: Identify and monitor issues in court cases, and prepare notes for the same

Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) depends on the role and the position. Some of the responsibilities include:

Analyzing data

: Collecting, compiling, and analyzing scientific data and regulations from national and international sources

Creating guidelines

: Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and notifications for amendments to the Drugs & Cosmetics Rules

Enforcing regulations

: Ensuring compliance with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act of 1940 and its amendments

Approving drugs

: Reviewing and approving new drugs, clinical trials, and medical devices

Regulating imports and exports

: Overseeing the import and export of drugs and medical devices

Maintaining quality

: Ensuring the safety, efficacy, and quality of drugs, cosmetics, and medical devices

Providing expert advice

: Offering advice to help bring about uniformity

Coordinating activities

: Coordinating the activities of State Drug Control Organizations

QUALIFICATIONS:-

Must be graduated

Experience: 2years to 3 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
