Own and manage day-to-day internal operations to ensure smooth business execution.
Track tasks, deliverables, and commitments across departments with strict follow-ups.
Coordinate between Development, QA, Sales, HR, Finance, and Leadership teams.
Enforce SOPs, workflows, approvals, and internal compliance rigorously.
Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and operational checklists.
Identify execution gaps, delays, and risks; escalate with clear data and impact.
Prepare structured daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Support HR and admin operations including attendance, onboarding, and asset tracking.
Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM, task tools, Google Workspace,
