Operations Executive
who can take complete ownership of backend operations and ensure smooth execution across all travel processes.
This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and enjoys solving operational challenges with precision and urgency.
Position Overview
The
Operations Executive
will be responsible for end-to-end operational coordination, booking management, vendor communication, and ensuring flawless execution for all client travel requirements. This is not a routine administrative role--this position demands initiative, multitasking ability, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operational processes for flights, hotels, packages, and travel services.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and partners for booking confirmations and service arrangements.
Ensure timely issuance of vouchers, itineraries, tickets, invoices, and confirmations.
Oversee client bookings from inquiry to final execution, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively, maintaining service standards.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and daily operational updates.
Troubleshoot last-minute changes, cancellations, or travel-related escalations.
Liaise with the sales team to ensure flawless handover of bookings and client requirements.
Monitor workflow, deadlines, and turnaround times to ensure operational efficiency.
Assist in improving processes, systems, and SOPs to support business scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in
travel operations
, back-office coordination, or booking management.
Strong understanding of flights, hotels, DMC operations, and travel package execution.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, GDS/booking portals (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong multitasking ability with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
