Operations Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience
to support and manage daily business operations. The role involves coordinating processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of processes
Track operational performance and prepare reports for management
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
Handle vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and service delivery (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
Assist in planning schedules, resource allocation, and workflow management
Maintain accurate records and operational documentation
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience
in an Operations Executive or similar role
Good understanding of operational processes and coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools/software
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
