Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing daily operational activities.
Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks across teams.
Maintain and update operational documentation, reports, and trackers.
Communicate effectively in English with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Coordinate with departments to resolve operational issues and ensure process compliance.
Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
Support onboarding and training activities for new team members.
Handle vendor coordination, follow-ups, and documentation.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Prepare MIS reports, analyze operational data, and provide insights to management.
Manage administrative support tasks for smooth functioning of operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
1 3 years of experience in Operations or Administrative roles.
Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
