Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct

outbound cold calls

to potential customers across various industries. Handle

inbound and outbound calls

professionally and efficiently. Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Perform

data validation

to ensure accuracy of customer information. Maintain and update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM/system. Coordinate with teams handling recruitment, coaching, IT services, engineering services, and product sales. Follow up with customers for conversions and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly

call and lead generation targets

. Provide clear and accurate information to customers about products and services.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
